“Q - Finals,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” means the Q - Finals application, its operators, and the service provided through this website and related systems.
“You” or “Your” means the individual who accesses or uses the Service, whether as a registered user or a visitor.
“Service” means the Q - Finals website, APIs, learning features, chat, platformer, shop, and all related functionality.
“UGC” (User-Generated Content) means content You submit that may be visible to others, including chat messages and About Me text.

The Service is intended for users 13 years of age or older. By creating an account or using the Service, You represent that You are at least 13 years old. If You are under 13, You may not use the Service.
You may create an account with a username, email, and password, or by signing in with Google. Password accounts require email verification. You are responsible for keeping Your credentials confidential and for all activity under Your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or for any other reason at Our discretion. Administrators may take actions including bans, progress resets, and account deletion.
We grant You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial learning. You agree not to:
Virtual items (coins, cosmetics, energy, XP, progress, achievements) have no real-world monetary value. We may modify, reset, or remove them at any time.
The Service includes global chat and public About Me text on profiles. Chat messages are visible to other logged-in users, stored temporarily (subject to retention limits and automatic expiry), and may be moderated. About Me text appears on Your public profile.
You retain ownership of Your UGC. By submitting UGC, You grant Us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, moderate, and remove it in connection with operating the Service.
You are solely responsible for Your UGC. We do not pre-screen all content and do not endorse any UGC. We may remove content or restrict accounts at Our discretion but have no obligation to do so.
Limited liability for UGC: To the maximum extent permitted by law, We are not liable for any UGC posted by You or other users (including chat messages and About Me text), or for any harm, loss, or dispute arising from such content or from interactions between users (including friends, blocks, chat, and the platformer). Use of public features is at Your own risk. There is no expectation of privacy in chat or on public profile fields.
Open-ended answers may be sent to a third-party AI service for automated grading. Answers are treated as untrusted data. Grades and feedback are generated automatically and may be imperfect. We are not liable for grading outcomes or for any reliance You place on them.
The Service, including questions, interface, branding, and software, is owned by Us or Our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from Our content except as needed to use the Service under these Terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, ACCURATE GRADING, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR NEEDS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE (AND OUR OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND PROVIDERS) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, UGC, THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, OR USER INTERACTIONS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (CURRENTLY $0) OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.
You agree to indemnify and hold Us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your use of the Service, Your UGC, or Your violation of these Terms.
You may delete Your account through Settings (re-authentication required). We may suspend or terminate Your access at any time. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service ends. Account deletion removes Your user record and related tokens; residual data (such as chat messages or relationship records) may remain until expired or cleaned according to Our practices.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be noted on this page or within the Service.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between You and Us regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are governed by applicable law; any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with that law.
